Scope. This Refund & Returns Policy applies to prescription products and other purchases made at ivermectin-direct (the “Site”). By placing an order you accept and agree to this policy.

Prescription products — final sale. Because of regulatory and safety requirements for prescription medications, all prescription medicine sales are final. We cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. If you received damaged or incorrect medication, see “Damaged / Incorrect Shipments” below. Non-prescription items. For any non-prescription product (OTC items, accessories) purchased through the Site, ivermectin-direct may accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund and to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions. Refunds for returned non-prescription items will be issued to the original payment method, less any shipping/handling fees.

Damaged or incorrect shipments. If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong product, contact us immediately at care@ivermectin-direct.com or call our customer service number (listed on the Site) within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damage and your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, either replace the correct item at no cost or issue a refund/credit. How to request a return or report a problem.

1. Email care@ivermectin-direct.com with your order number, full name, and photos (if applicable).

2. For prescription questions, include the prescription number or the prescribing provider.

3. A customer service representative will respond with return instructions or next steps.

Disposal of medications. Do not attempt to return, resell, or donate prescription medicines to the Site. If you need to dispose of medication, follow local disposal guidelines or FDA disposal guidance. DiRx Health
