Last updated: October 1, 2025
Introduction and scope. ivermectin-direct (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information collected through the Site, our mobile apps, and customer support channels.
Information we collect.

Health & prescription information: prescription details, medication history, prescriber name and contact, medical information necessary to fill prescriptions (this is sensitive health information / PHI).
Payment information: payment card or other payment method details (we use third-party payment processors and do not store full card numbers on our servers).
Technical & usage data: IP address, browser, device, cookies, and site usage analytics.
Communications: customer service interactions, emails, and support tickets.
How we use your information.
To process and fulfill prescriptions and orders (including contacting prescribers where required).
To verify identity and comply with pharmacy regulations.
To provide customer service, shipping, returns handling, and order updates.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., pharmacy, controlled substances rules).
To improve, analyze, and secure the Site (analytics, fraud detection, and site performance).
To send marketing only if you opt in; you may opt out at any time.
Legal basis (where applicable). For residents of jurisdictions requiring legal bases (e.g., GDPR regions), we process personal data where necessary to perform the service, comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvements), and with consent for marketing.
Sensitive health data & HIPAA / PHI protections. Prescription and other protected health information (PHI) are handled under strict confidentiality and security practices. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect PHI and comply with applicable health privacy rules. We will only share PHI with your consent, your prescriber, dispensing pharmacists, or as required by law. (DiRx explicitly highlights HIPAA and PHI practices — we adopt the same approach.)
